Sekxy Women Do Combat Conditioning
Dear Friend,
From time to time I get an email from a woman who asks me if Combat Conditioning will work for her. This question is typically preceded
by a statement that says, "I noticed that "most" (actually in many cases,
the the word "all" is used) of the testimonials on your site are from men."
Granted, most of my students are men - but I do, in fact, have testimonials
from women on my Combat Conditioning book and DVD's page. To verify this
fact you only need to go here and you'll count at least four of them.
Anyway, regardless of how many women are mentioned on the page, there's
always room for more. And let me tell you, I am committed to putting a
"Furey Fix" on this dealy-bopper.
So you can imagine my delight when I got the following email along with some
photos, from Inner Circle member Nova Weitz:

Matt,
I stumbled onto your website last fall in search of something new to add to
my workout routine. I found your no B.S. and no-need-for-equipment approach
to getting in shape fascinating...but a bit intimidating. Even so, I gave
your program a try.
I consider myself somewhat strong for a woman but I must admit your program
is humbling...yet very rewarding! I had a shoulder injury from bench
pressing and many times had to baby my shoulder during chest and shoulder
routines...not anymore! My shoulder has never felt stronger.
I love the program so much that for the first time in 13 years I don't own
multiple gym memberships...I was such a gym junkie that it was common to
hold 2-3 gym memberships. Today I no longer go to the gym. I took your
program to the outdoors! And I now coach other women in my area using your
methods. They're loving it, too.
