Run Like an Ape
Dear Friend,
About five years ago I started putting a group of
men I trained through a series of animal exercises.
All of the exercises involved running, crawling, jumping
or some other forward movement.
The workout hit virtually every muscle in the body. And the
group groaned with delight.
Within a few minutes they had gotten a full body workout -
and they were spanked.
I had them do alligator walks, tiger walks, bear crawls and
so on. But there was one exercise that hit them like there's
no tomorrow... and that was when I had them move forward
like a gorilla.
Now, there are a couple different ways that a gorilla walks or
runs. One is slow - the other is fast. One is the gorilla walking
on all fours. The other is the gorilla jumping his legs and hands
forward pretty doggone fast.
To get the total effect you need to make sure you fold your fingers
in and use them "almost" the way the gorilla does. I say "almost"
because you need to be careful; the ape has a different structure
to his hands and fingers - a structure that allows for greater mobility and
pressure when he runs.
If you get a chance to see KING KONG - which I highly recommend,
watch how the gorilla moves.
Better yet, watch how Ed Baran moves in our new limited edition course,
Primate Power.
We're only going to put out 300 sets of this program and we're already over
the half-way mark - so make sure you order NOW to make sure you're not
left out in the cold, dark, mosquito infested jungle.
Best,

Matt Furey
P.S. In addition to Primate Power - learn how you can get Combat Conditioning,
Combat Abs, and a bunch of my other products for "nuthin down." Not kidding.
Go here to see our latest,
greatest offer. It is HUGE.
