Can You Release Your Pain?

Here's something I enjoy getting. Came in yesterday.
Matt,
Thanks for the writing the book that released me from shoulder
and knee pain I thought I would never be free of. There is such
wisdom in simplicity.
I was so impressed with Combat Conditioning that I ordered copies
and sent
them to my sons.
I am 46 years old and have been lifting weights for over 15 years. I
was
forced out of the gym by shoulder and knee injuries.
I have been doing Hindu Squats, Hindu Pushups, Tablemakers, Towel
Pushing,
and Handstands for a couple of weeks now and my shoulders and knees are
pain free. These are great conditioning tools. No more weights for me!
I would never have believed that I could get such great results from
bodyweight
exercises. The good knees will come in handy as I get older.
