If you've ever gotten a great massage that included the "backside" you know what I'm talking about. In China when I go for a massage each day, the buttocks are always included in the treatment.

The other day one of the Furey Faithful wrote to tell me that pop singer Janet Jackson was seen on video slapping her buttocks and her abs - and that she supposedly said she doesn't do situps or crunches, just lots of slapping to the areas where you want the energy to flow.

Makes sense to this guy (me). You can sit on your rumpus all day long and think this is stimulating you, but it's not. Give yourself a whack in the right places and you'll know the difference between sitting on your arse and truly opening up to a whole new world.
