Punches to Gut and One-Legged Squats

Dear Friend,

Yes, inches of excess flab are shed. Yes, weight is lost, flexibility is doubled and strength levels skyrocket.

I've been saying so for years. Today, you're going to read some other Fureyous Benefits ... and these are straight from the excerpted emails of satisfied customers. Let's take a gander:
Dear Matt,

I have to acknowledge you again. I used to be able to do one-legged deep knee bends (a set of one on each leg) years ago.

I couldn't do it on my right leg for a few years now. After some 6-8 weeks of Combat Conditioning hindu squats I tried a one legged deep knee bend today AFTER my 55 squats.

I'll be a son-of-a-gun! I was able to do them on both sides again. That pain in my right knee that used to stop me was gone.

Not bad for a 60 year old. Damn, you're good! Keep bustin' butt.

H.W.
M.F.: Gotta hand it to you young man. At 60 years young, you're going strong. Keep whompin' Father Time.
Dear Matt,

My name is Malek and i just turned 14 years old in March 2005 and I just wanted you to know that me and my brother purchased Combat Abs - a little while ago. The exercises in that book really made a difference and when you said "you'll get punch proof abs," you really meant punch proof abs.

Let me tell you what happened during my training of Combat Abs. I was practising on it for a few months and I went to school, one of my friends lightly punched me in my stomach and i didn't feel anything but he told me that my stomach was very hard.

So he said he wants to punch me in my stomach so i agreed. When he punched me i exhaled and he hurt his wrist. Then he got mad and called his friend that's a boxer and he was boxing for about 2 in a half years.

So he started punching me and i didn't feel it again, then the boxer got really jealous and angry. He took a few steps back and done his knock out punch on my stomach and Matt i'm not gonna lie but i didn't even move an inch back, but i did fell a little tingle.

M.F.: Malek, you're living proof of what Farmer Burns said in Lessons in Wrestling & Physical Culture when you get your abs in great condition - someone who punches you will hurt himself more than you. Wonderful news.
Matt,

I've been a self-employed cabinetmaker for 25 yrs. I love what I do and am in pretty good shape for a 53 yr.old (6'0"; 155 lbs.). Occasionally after a long day installing, where a lot of bending over takes place, I usually end up with a sore lower back.

What I have recently found on two separate occasions within the last week, that by doing the back bridge for about 20 seconds, I get INSTANT lower back pain relief.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! It has formerly taken about two DAYS and repeated doses of aspirin to achieve the same results. I've been practicing Combat Conditioning for about a month now (just the BIG 3) and I love it.

Thanks for the program and the inspiring daily notes.

Regards,

David Wellens
M.F.: Thanks David. One of the great things about Combat Conditioning is how fast it really can eliminate back pain. Many people have lived in pain for 10-20 years, yet within a short time of taking up bridging and the other exercises I teach, they are free of pain. Continued success to you.

Well, my friend, tis all for now.

Kick ass - take names!
