Me Too! Me Too!
Dear Friend,
"Nothing great was ever accomplished without enthusiasm," said Emerson.
Ain't that the truth.
The power of enthusiasm and e-motion - energy + motion,
is one of the missing ingredients in most people's lives. I speak about
this at length in my new Magnetic Millionaire program because it so
often misunderstood yet so essential to your success.
E-motion and enthusiam can be quickly supercharged through deep
breathing exercises as well as invigorating bodyweight calisthenics.
A tired, listless person can literally be transformed in a matter of
minutes. All that is needed are the right movements and the right
thoughts.
The following email is an example of someone who discovered how
fast the transition can take place:
"Matt,
Me too! Me too! I have tons of energy! I'm sitting here doing the bills &
other desk work. Super boring work, right?. Normally avoid the heck out
of this stuff cuz it's so dull. Dull enough to put you to sleep. But since I've
been on Combat Conditioning
for ...hang on ...let me check...a whopping 4 days, I have so much energy I'm
actually having fun! It's like I have taken some thermogenic, but so much better
because I'm not all gittery. And it's from about 10 minutes of deep breathing,
about 3 minutes of Hindu squats (60) and bridges (over a big ball for one min.
20 sec.). I did 3 Hindu pushups yesterday and I'm sore so I took today off. Will
do 4 tomorrow!
Baby, I'm kickin everything in sight!
Thanks A Million!!!

tends to stay in motion ..."
Whenever I read emails like the above I get excited. For a number
of reasons. One of them is because it really doesn't take much to start
turning a life around. Just a few minutes a day. In fact, ONE minute per
day is enough to have MAJOR impact.
Yesterday I was talking to my good friend, Ed Baran. I was explaining
the importance of taking one small step in a positive direction. Not an
immediate quantum-leap type of step either. Just ONE small step - and
how this first step leads to another step and another and another.
The thing to be careful of though, is taking a small step in the wrong
direction because that can get things going the way you don't want.
Start a bad habit, like smoking. It begins with one small puff. Next
thing you know, the person who took one small puff is an nicotine
freak.
Yet, the trend is easily reversed by taking one step in the direction of
better health.
Bottom line: If you don't like the direction your life is headed, make a
small change toward what you do want ... and you'll be on your way
toward the creation of something great.
Well, my friend, that's a rap for this week.
Kick butt - take names!
